Board of Zoning Appeals

The City of Hamilton Board of Zoning Appeals serves the entire incorporated area of the Town of Hamilton. 

The Board of Zoning Appeals is an appointed Board with the following responsibilities:
  • Approve or deny Variances of Use

  • Approve or deny Variances from Development Standards

  • Approve or deny Special Exceptions

  • Hear and determine appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative official, hearing officer, or staff member under the Zoning Ordinance
