Frank has been with the Hamilton Police Department since January of 2007. Frank began his career by attending Branch Area Career Center's Law Enforcement program. He then obtained an Associates of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne.
After completing his degree he became a Jail Officer for the Steuben County Sheriff's Department in 2003, where he held the ranks of Corporal and later Sergeant. He also worked in the Warrants and Civil Process Division while employed by Steuben County. Frank currently holds the rank of Lieutenant and is the Chief Deputy of the Hamilton Police Department. Other areas in which Frank has helped the department include; K-9 Search and Rescue, Glock/Rifle Armorer, OC/CS aerosol Instructor, Field Training Officer and Indiana Law Enforcement Academy Instructor.
During his off-time Frank enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending church functions and shooting at the range.

Danny joined the Hamilton Police Department in January 2018. Before joining the Hamilton PD he served as the Hudson Town Marshal for many years.
Danny has lived in Steuben County his entire life and loves the small towns in the area. He enjoys hunting and fishing. Danny is the proud father of three children and one grandchild.

Thomas currently serves as Detective Sergeant. His duties include Field Training Officer, Crime Scene Tech, manages the Evidence Room, is a ILEA certified instructor. Thomas is a US Army Combat Veteran. He served as a Forward Observer and obtained the rank of Sergeant. He had one deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom before the end of his five-year career in the Armed Forces. Thomas received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Trine University where he graduated Cum Laude.
Outside of the Hamilton Police Department Thomas enjoys scuba diving, working stained glass and spending time with family. He is actively involved with the Hamilton American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars. He as previously served on the Salem Twp. Fire Board and Steuben County Emergency Management Advisory Board. Thomas was also able to support Hurricane Harvey efforts through the Fort Bend County (TX) Sheriff’s Department.

Richard joined the Hamilton Police Department in July of 2017. He is a vertan of Foreign Wars - 4th District Commander and Honor Flight Northeast Indiana.
Richard is a retired Sergeant from New Haven (IN) Police Department, a Firearms Instructor, Accident Reconstructionist, Deputy Coroner- Allen County Indiana and Retired Air Force Reserves, 434th CES Grissom ARB after 33 ½ years of service to include five deployments. he also worked for the Veterans Affairs Police Department.

What other community organizations or boards do you currently serve?
Mary graduated from Indiana Tech with a BS/BA in Business. After working as a college basketball coach, and later high school and college basketball official, she held various administrative positions including with Eastern Mountain Sports. After spending 15 years on the East Coast, I returned to the Midwest and in 2005 moved to Hamilton with my family. After spending summers in Hamilton as a child and being a frequent visitor as an adult, I settled into town to open a business and raise my child.
Mary is now semi-retired after owning Vail Home Services in Hamilton for almost 15 years. She is a dedicated community volunteer who works to enhance life in Hamilton for all and preserve its culture for future generations.
